Giugiaro Design
The famous Italian industrial design firm Giugiaro Design collaborated with Okamura to create the Baron series. Besides beautiful styling and superior functionality, Baron is particularly distinguished by a simple and sharp design in tune with contemporary needs and tastes. Baron's synthesis of "cutting-edge Italian design and Japanese technology" will revitalize your office space.
Adjustable Arms
Adjustable arms can be adjusted in two dimensions: height, and angle — enabling the most comfortable elbow support for the various tasks at hand.
Multiple Density Cushion
Okamura's unique Multiple Density Cushion utilizes three types of urethane foam, of varying firmness, layered together, to promote healthy sitting. The cushion provides softer support at the front of the seat, reducing pressure on the thighs for improved circulation; denser cushioning at the back firmly supports the hips for stability and improved posture.
Reclining tension adjustment
Use the tension dial positioned underneath the right hand to finely tune reclining tension to your favorite setting.
Use the lever on the lower left to set the recliner to move freely with your body motion or lock it at your favorite angle to a maximum of 23 degrees.
Baron's unique ankle tilt reclining mechanism naturally follows bodily movement even while working at a computer.
Standard mesh
Standard mesh chairs with moderate resiliency that firmly support your body. The exceptional breathability provides comfort even after long hours of sitting.
Gradation Support Mesh
Gradation Support Mesh chairs with varying densities. The lower back area is made firmer for better lumbar support. The upper back area is less firm, offering more comfort.
Seat Height Adjustment
Adjust the chair height, up to 100mm, using the lever on the lower right.
Seat Depth Adjustment
Adjustment of the seat’s depth, within a range of 50mm, is available using the levers beneath the seat.
