About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive with creative ideas and innovative thinking, ensuring they capture consumer movements and trends to create marketing tools for sales activities.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize strong analytical and visualizing skills to track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.

- Provide direction and guidance to outsourced teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing.

- Create visually appealing marketing materials to support sales activities, including digital and print assets.

- Collaborate with the sales team in organizing various projects such as developing marketing strategies, marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, etc.

- Organizing and participating in industry-related events to promote our brand.

- The collection of data is useful for marketing activities. 

(Sales analytics, Web analytics etc.)

- Supporting Company Marketing activities like events, seminars... and other tasks the Marketing Manager assigns.

Required Skills/ Qualifications

- Your portfolio required

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Graphic design, or a related field.

- Vietnamese people, over 25 years old, with proven experience in marketing or graphic design for a minimum 3 years, with a focus on creative campaign development and execution.

- Highly visualizing skills or direction skills to make with an outsourcing.

- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

- Good oral and written communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web searches, graphic design tools, and software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Priority to candidates who have a good skill for photo soothing.

- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.

-  Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team, adapt & work under high pressure, be honest, and work overtime when necessary.
